Shipping & Delivery

When an order is placed, the product will be shipped the following day. Orders that are placed within Canada should expect to receive their product within 3–10 business days depending on where you are located. All Items are shipped with one of the major carriers (Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, Purolator or Fedex) depending on location and will include a tracking number. PLEASE NOTE:  So Hip is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packaging once your order leaves our shop.  Should you have any issues with the shipment, please contact the appropriate courier first with your tracking number to determine next steps.

We offer free shipping on transactions of $99 or more throughout Canada (Excluding the Northern Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut). Transactions that are below $100 Will have additional shipping costs ranging from $10 – $30 depending on the size and weight of the product and where the product is being shipped.

US Orders Please Note:  All items will be shipped out using Canada Post. Duties and Shipping are pre-paid when checking out.  Please note, should any additional costs come up when the item crosses the border, So Hip Toronto will not be held responsible and will not refund the additional costs.

International Orders Please Note:  All items will be shipped out using Canada Post.  Shipping is pre-paid on checkout, but there may be additional duties charged upon receiving your items.  Please note, So Hip Toronto is not responsible for any additional charges.
