Returns & Exchange

If you wish to exchange a product for something else via post you may contact us via email and we will instruct you on how to proceed. All costs associated with an exchange will be paid by the customer.

  • All items must be returned unused, tags intact and affixed, and in the original undamaged packaging. Bottom line - items must be able to be re-sold.
  • All Sale Items are FINAL and may not be returned or exchanged. 
  • PLEASE NOTE:  WE DO NOT PRICE MATCH ITEMS THAT GO ON SALE.  WE WILL NOT REFUND THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE.

With presentation of your in-store or online store order receipt, unused products purchased online or in-store at regular price may be refunded or exchanged in our retail location within 14 days after the reception of the order.  If you've purchased online, please contact info@sohip.ca for instructions on how to proceed. Products bought on sale have a final sale status and may thus not be returned. All items purchased in-store may not be refunded for cash and the same exchange policy applies. 

Boxing Week and Black Friday/Cyber Monday

We do not accept returns during Boxing Week or Black Friday/Cyber Monday weekend, please contact us for dates at which returns can be taken care of. 

Shipping & Delivery

When an order is placed, the product will be shipped the following day. Orders that are placed within Canada should expect to receive their product within 3–10 business days depending on where you are located. All Items are shipped with one of the major carriers (Canada Post, UPS, Canpar, Purolator or Fedex) depending on location and will include a tracking number. PLEASE NOTE:  So Hip is not responsible for lost, delayed or damaged packaging once your order leaves our shop.  Should you have any issues with the shipment, please contact the appropriate courier first with your tracking number to determine next steps.

We offer free shipping on transactions of $99 or more throughout Canada and USA (Excluding the Northern Territories, Yukon, and Nunavut). Transactions that are below $100 Will have additional shipping costs ranging from $10 – $30 depending on the size and weight of the product and where the product is being shipped.

US Orders Please Note:  So Hip Toronto is not responsible for any taxes or duties that may come with bringing goods into the USA.
